"Content" includes any information, links, or materials shared or hosted via our platform.
"User" refers to individuals or entities using LinKnots services.
- The LinKnots logo, name, or any associated branding may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
- Misrepresentation of affiliation with LinKnots is strictly forbidden.
- Users may not embed LinKnots links or use LinKnots services for creating or linking to redirections within NFC cards.
- Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Users are responsible for the content they create, share, or link to through LinKnots services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All rights to the LinKnots name, logo, trademarks, and proprietary features are owned exclusively by LinKnots. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
LinKnots reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the platform or its users.
LinKnots may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
